Welcome to our brand-new, exquisitely designed duplex offering a comfortable and contemporary stay situated in a recently developed neighborhood where some homes are still under construction. Your comfort is our priority, and we strive to ensure your stay exceeds expectations. Please bear in mind the ongoing construction in the vicinity when making your reservation.

CAMERAS: 

We have installed a Ring doorbell camera/security system at the front door to provide an additional layer of security for both guests and the property without compromising privacy. The camera may be used for liability purposes and to monitor occupancy. We kindly request guests refrain from tampering with the camera.

Please note that parties are not permitted in accordance with Airbnb regulations.

CONSUMABLES: 

To kickstart your stay, we provide a reasonable starter amount of essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.

LONG STAY: 

For stays exceeding 30 days, an additional monthly cleaning fee of $175 will be applied. This fee ensures the engagement of professional cleaners who will meticulously refresh the space every 30 days to maintain a pristine environment throughout your extended visit. To secure your stay for periods exceeding one month, we kindly request a refundable security deposit of $500. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

QUITE HOURS: 

Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am daily to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise during these hours.

PET POLICY: 

We welcome well-behaved cats and dogs with a non-refundable deposit of $250 per pet for a 30-day stay. For shorter stays, the deposit is $100 per pet. To maintain cleanliness, we kindly ask that pets refrain from accessing furniture, and we provide poop bags for your convenience. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF.
