These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the rental agreement between Comfort Furnished Homes ("Company") and the individual or entity renting the property ("Renter"). By renting the property, the Renter agrees to abide by these Terms.

1. Rental Agreement: a. The rental agreement begins on the agreed-upon start date and ends on the agreed-upon end date, as specified in the rental contract. b. The rental property is to be used solely for residential purposes and not for any commercial activities.

2. Payment: a. The Renter agrees to pay the specified rental amount in full and on time, as outlined in the rental agreement. b. Payment can be made through the designated payment methods provided by the Company. c. Failure to pay rent on time may result in additional fees or termination of the rental agreement.

3. Security Deposit :a. A security deposit is required upon signing the rental agreement to cover any damages incurred during the rental period. b. The security deposit will be refunded to the Renter within a reasonable timeframe after the rental period, provided no damages are found.

4. Property Care: a. The Renter agrees to maintain the property in a clean and tidy condition throughout the rental period. b. Any damages caused by the Renter or their guests will be the responsibility of the Renter to repair or reimburse the Company for.

5. Use of Property: a. The Renter agrees not to sublet the property or allow any other person not listed in the rental agreement to reside in the property. b. The Renter agrees to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding noise, waste disposal, and other activities that may affect the property or its occupants.

6. Termination: a. The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the Renter breaches any of these Terms or fails to fulfill their obligations. b. In the event of termination, the Renter must vacate the property immediately and may forfeit any prepaid rent or security deposit.

7. Insurance: a. The Renter is responsible for obtaining adequate rental insurance to cover personal belongings and liability during the rental period.

8. Liability: a. The Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the Renter or their guests while occupying the property. b. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from the Renter's use of the property.

9. Amendments: a. These Terms may be amended by the Company at any time with reasonable notice to the Renter.

10. Governing Law: a. These Terms and the rental agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the property is located.

By signing below, the Renter acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and agree to abide by them.
