Pets: 

Well-behaved cats and dogs are permitted with non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet per 30 days stay). Shorter stays are $100 per pet per stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard; poop bags are provided. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF.
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM. Kindly adhere to these times to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.

Quite Hours: 

Please respect our neighbors and fellow guests by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

No Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Pool:

Pool is small and not heated. Please note that no lifeguard is on duty; swim at your own risk.

Parking:
Please note, garage access is only available for guests who are staying 30 days or more. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 cars, and street parking is also available.

Kitchen Use:

Feel free to utilize the kitchen, but we kindly ask that you clean up after yourselves. Dishwashing supplies are provided.

Guest Limit: 

The property accommodates a maximum of 16 guests. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.

Damages: 

Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents. Please report any issues immediately upon discovering the problem.

Respect for the Property:

Treat the home with respect and care, as if it were your own.

Camera:

A security system is installed and features a Ring doorbell at the front door and a Ring camera on the back patio to monitor the pool. These cameras are in place to enhance the safety and security of both guests and property. Their primary purpose is to safeguard everyone and monitor occupancy for liability reasons. We kindly request that you do not interfere with the cameras to maintain their functionality.
